Qualifications

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligned with Bethanie's priorities.
• Partner with executives to craft compelling communications, presentations, speeches and leadership messaging.
• Lead internal communication initiatives that build connection, trust and alignment across the organisation.
• Monitor and analyse communication metrics to guide improvements and demonstrate impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans that support organisational priorities, transformation initiatives and business objectives.
• Partner with executives and senior leaders to create compelling communications, presentations, speeches and leadership messaging.
• Lead internal communication initiatives that build connection, trust, engagement and alignment across the organisation.
• Develop customer-focused communications that enhance customer experience, strengthen brand reputation and support community engagement.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure effectiveness and inform improvements.
