Job summary

UNSW invites applications for a Senior Project Officer, Shared Services, based in Sydney (Kensington) with a hybrid work profile. You will oversee external workforce engagements and coordinate SOWs, duties and casual staffing for Lifelong Learning.

In this role you will support portfolio planning, knowledge management, and process improvements while adhering to UNSW governance and safety standards. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Relevant operational, administrative and project coordination experience.
• Experience with external workforce coordination and vendor management.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle, milestones and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level project, operational and administrative support to Operations Managers across UNSW Online and Short Courses.
• Coordinate external workforce engagements, including SOWs and casual staffing processes.
• Contribute to budgets, forecasts and resource planning.
• Maintain knowledge management resources and automate processes where possible.
• Ensure governance, policy compliance and clear stakeholder communications.
