Job summary

Solentive Systems Pty is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Transformation Consultant to help clients solve meaningful business challenges through technology, data and AI. This client-facing, billable role combines strong communication and analytical skills with hands-on capability to shape, design and implement solutions.

You will work across the full client lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, including advisory, solution design, estimation, planning, adoption and growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering client-facing technology consulting and implementation in a professional services environment.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical capabilities with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end transformation programs using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, data and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions and strategic conversations with stakeholders from end users to executives.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into requirements, priorities and roadmaps.
• Shape right-sized solutions and oversee delivery across technology, people and processes.
• Provide presales support including problem shaping, solution design and estimation.
• Manage risks, dependencies and client expectations with clear communication of status.
• Drive adoption, change and measurable outcomes across client engagements.
