Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified accounting professional with a Big-4 Corporate Finance background.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining large-scale valuation models.
• Strong background in managing internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain the long-term corporate valuation model.
• Lead financial modelling and analysis for M&A activities.
• Coordinate sustainability reporting and shareholder updates.
