William Buck is seeking a Manager to join the Sydney Corporate Finance division, focusing on mid-market transactions with typical EVs between $10-250m. You will lead deals across valuations, M&A, due diligence, and capital raising, while mentoring juniors and contributing to team culture.

The role requires strong commercial judgement, stakeholder engagement, and a collaborative working style within a hybrid setup, offering growth and professional development opportunities.

Qualificações

• 5+ years’ experience in Corporate Finance within a professional services or advisory environment.
• Exposure to valuation, M&A, due diligence, or capital raising.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to translate analysis into actionable client advice.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Collaborative, proactive working style and team culture contribution.
• Postgraduate or professional qualifications such as Master of Applied Finance, CFA or CA.
