Qualifications

• Extensive injury management experience in occupational rehabilitation and return to work.

• Coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Team-oriented with a passion for leveraging digital tech trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead injury management practices and programs across teams.
• Provide expert guidance to case managers and employers handling physical, psychological and hybrid injuries.
• Establish and maintain provider management strategies and relationships.
• Drive the implementation of return-to-work initiatives to optimise outcomes.
• Coach teams on injury management methodologies and support in medical matters.
• Design and deliver training to embed strategies and applicable guidelines.
