Job summary

Granite Consulting in Melbourne's South Yarra area is seeking a Store Systems Business Analyst to partner with stakeholders and technology teams. You will analyze retail operations, translate business needs into technical requirements, and support system enhancements in an Agile environment.

The role requires at least 5 years as a business analyst, preferably in retail, with strong data analysis and SQL skills, and excellent communication to engage diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in retail.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• Support the implementation of new systems and enhancements aligned with business goals.
• Document processes, requirements, and user stories to guide development teams.
