Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Retail Design Specialist in Sydney to drive innovative retail concepts and ensure brand alignment across stores. You will translate brand strategies into scalable 3D environments, lead toolkit governance, and manage end-to-end design deliverables for fast-paced store fit-outs.

You will partner with stakeholders to optimize customer journeys, elevate visual storytelling, and deliver cost-efficient, high-quality design outcomes across nationwide rollouts.

Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong design and project management skills.
• High proficiency in Twinmotion or Enscape, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max or similar.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.
• Strong visualization skills (2D and 3D).
• Tertiary qualifications in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Retail Design, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand strategies into scalable, commercially viable 3D retail environments.
• Lead development and governance of Standard Retail Design Toolkits.
• Design intuitive spatial flow and integrate visual merchandising.
• Own design deliverables across multiple fast-paced store fit-out projects.
