People First Bank seeks a curious Reporting & Administration Analyst to own divisional reporting, governance artefacts and delivery support across Operations. You will interpret data insights to inform decisions and improve governance, with a focus on accuracy and clarity for leadership forums.

You'll work across reporting channels, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain templates, procedures and artefacts to support delivery. A hybrid role supports flexible work across multiple offices.

Qualificações

• 3+ years’ experience in reporting, data analysis, governance, business analysis, project coordination or a related delivery support role.
• Demonstrated ability to obtain, collate, analyse, interpret and communicate data‑driven insights to a variety of stakeholders and reporting channels.
• Strong reporting and data visualisation capability, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and Power BI.
• Move beyond raw data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, insights and practical implications for the business.
• Experience supporting governance and assurance activities with attention to detail and record management.
• Understanding of project delivery practices and experience creating or maintaining templates, registers, procedures and artefacts.
• Strong stakeholder consultation, written communication and report-writing skills for senior leadership.
• Curious, proactive, self-starting with ability to work across varied priorities and tasks.
• Financial services experience and knowledge of banking operations, risk and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Own the design, production and continuous improvement of regular and ad-hoc reporting across multiple channels.
• Work with stakeholders and facilitate workshops to understand their data, reporting and insight needs.
• Collate, analyse and interpret operational and delivery data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Translate data into clear, meaningful insights for Operations leaders and governance forums.
• Advise stakeholders on how reporting and data can improve visibility, prioritisation and decision-making.
• Own and maintain governance artefacts, key deliverables registers, actions, templates and procedures.
• Support governance and delivery assurance by identifying gaps and opportunities to improve outputs.
• Coordinate reporting inputs, forum materials, actions and information to keep delivery activities on track.
• Apply skills across reporting, analysis, governance, assurance, administration and delivery support.
