Allianz Australia in Sydney is seeking a Reinsurance Strategy and Business Partnership Manager to shape our reinsurance program, collaborating with underwriting, claims, portfolio, finance and risk teams to deliver innovative solutions that support growth and resilience.

You will lead submissions and market presentations, manage relationships with reinsurers and brokers, and drive strategic projects that enhance coverage, efficiency and value across the portfolio. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in insurance, reinsurance, underwriting, broking, actuarial consulting or portfolio management environments.
• Strong understanding of reinsurance structures, catastrophe risk and portfolio management.
• Exposure to complex treaty and facultative reinsurance programmes, including placement and optimisation.
• Proven ability to build relationships with reinsurers, brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen, with ability to assess portfolio performance and align strategies.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights and learn continuously.
