Qualifications

• Experience in the general insurance industry understanding key commercial drivers.
• Ability to build, manage and influence senior internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Navigate complexity and ambiguity, balancing commercial and risk considerations.
• Experience developing and executing business strategies and partnership plans.
• Strong commercial acumen using market, competitive, and customer insights.
• Proven capability to manage change and drive organisational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic partnership plans for underwriting agencies, covering growth and governance.
• Build trusted relationships with agency principals, broker leadership, and Allianz stakeholders.
• Lead executive engagement, governance forums and performance reviews.
• Monitor agency performance ensuring control frameworks and delegated authority compliance.
• Identify growth opportunities using data and market insights.
• Negotiate and implement contracts, monitor ongoing performance and compliance.
