Job summary

International Search Partners in Sydney, NSW, is seeking an experienced Wealth Protection Adviser or Financial Adviser to deliver tailored risk insurance advice to new and existing clients.

You will manage an existing client portfolio, conduct reviews, and build relationships with product providers and underwriters, supported by APL, paraplanning, and flexible hybrid work arrangements. This role can be located in Sydney or Brisbane.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Financial Planner or Risk Adviser able to be registered as an AR.
• Completion of a relevant Tertiary qualification ideally.
• Strong technical knowledge across Risk Insurance
• Ability to manage and grow an existing client portfolio.
• Excellent communication with demonstrated experience in managing personal and professional relationships with clients.
• Able to deliver desired outcomes.
• Experience working with multiple insurance providers and Underwriters.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing client portfolio ensuring client retention and portfolio growth.
• Complete ongoing client reviews as per clients' requirements.
• Provide comprehensive insurance advice across Life, TPD, Trauma.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including BDM's/Product Providers and Underwriters to ensure the best outcome is achieved for the client.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through ongoing professional development and compliance with continuing education requirements.
