Job summary

NetComm Wireless in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance across design, manufacturing and refurbishment. This hybrid/WFH role focuses on continuous improvement and reliability of broadband products.

You will develop QA plans, review supplier data, support NPI, manage change control and drive process optimization to meet customer quality expectations. Join a collaborative team delivering high quality connected solutions.

Qualifications

Experience developing QA plans and CAPA with audit reports.
Background in product development and manufacturing processes.
Experience with 8D, RCA, and FTA for failure analysis.
Excellent technical communication and documentation skills.
CQE/CQPA certifications or equivalent highly regarded.
Six Sigma qualification or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop processes and procedures for design, development, manufacturing, or testing.
Monitor production quality and optimize processes for efficiency and cost savings.
Review and audit supplier quality data (FAIs, PFMEAs, SPCs, IQC/OQC).
Resolve quality issues with cross-functional teams using 8D, RCA, and FTA.
Support New Product Introduction to ensure manufacturability and reliability.
Review BOMs and product acceptance plans to assure quality.
Own change control processes for product configuration life cycle.
Coordinate triage/refurb processes with CM and 3PL.
Generate quality reports for stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement to boost customer satisfaction.
