Job summary

Sedgwick Australia is seeking a Loss Adjuster to manage end-to-end domestic and commercial property claims from initial notification through to settlement. You will investigate loss, coordinate repairs and deliver exceptional service to clients and customers through collaborative claims management.

You will work autonomously with the ability to handle multiple cases, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships and ensure fair outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in claims management, claims assessment or estimating.
• Diploma of Loss Adjusting preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple cases.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of domestic/commercial property claims from first advice to settlement.
• Determine extent and cause of loss with efficient investigation.
• Deliver loss adjusting services meeting client service standards.
• Project manage rectification or reinstatement of damaged property.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional claims experience.
