Job summary

NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Project Support Officer for the Operational Security Infrastructure Projects in Parramatta, NSW, offering hybrid work arrangements. The ongoing full-time position is graded Clerk Grade 5/6 with a salary range of $102,936 to $113,579 per year, plus employer superannuation and annual leave loading.

Qualifications

• Experience providing project support across complex programs.
• Familiarity with My Work Zone (MWZ) processes.
• Ability to manage financial tracking and invoice processing.
• Governance and secretariat functions including meetings and minutes.
• Willingness to travel and NSW Driver Licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative, financial, reporting and operational activities to keep the portfolio running smoothly.
• Support project reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain documentation and ensure actions are tracked and closed.
• Support compliance requirements and risk management.
