• Responsible for communication, change management, risk and issue management of the Wage Compliance project.

• Deliver communication, change management, risk and issue administration for Wage Compliance and EA Compliance.
• Educate and inform university employees, managers and senior leaders about the EA changes.
• Oversee processes, data provision and analysis, quality assurance and remediation for compliant outcomes.
• Direct progress plans, budgets and risk outcomes to meet organisational objectives.
