Job summary

Australian Catholic University (ACU) is seeking a Project Manager for Wage Compliance and EA Compliance. You will lead communications, change management, risk and issue management for the Wage Compliance project and oversee education for university staff and leaders as part of EA changes.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements across North Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane campuses and a 2-year fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering communication, change management, risk and issue administration for large projects.
• Ability to manage education/communication for employees, managers and senior leaders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wage Compliance project and EA Compliance communications, change management, risk and issue management.
• Manage communication and education for university employees, managers and senior leaders.
• Oversee processes, documentation, data provision and analysis for compliance initiatives, including QA and remediation.
• Direct control and system implementation of sustainable compliance solutions and risk mitigation actions.
