Job summary

Key Health is seeking a proactive Practice Nurse and Clinical Trial Coordinator in Sydney on a hybrid basis. You will deliver hands-on nursing care in general practice while coordinating clinical trial activities with our research team, from start-up to close-out.

The role supports both patient care and trial governance, offering growth through GCP training, exposure to diverse trials, and a collaborative, patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
• CPR certification is required.
• Professional indemnity insurance is required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with care and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in line with safety standards.
• Immunisations, wound care, health assessments and triage.
• Support chronic disease management and preventative health.
• Assist doctors with procedures and clinical tasks.
• Educate patients on health management and prevention.
• Maintain infection control procedures and equipment.
• Coordinate day-to-day trial activities and appointments.
• Enter data and maintain source documentation in EDC systems.
• Support ethics/regulatory submissions and trial start-up/monitoring.
