Job summary

NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water is seeking a Digital Applications Developer to design, build and enhance applications using Microsoft Power Platform and related cloud services. The role sits in the Microsoft Practice and offers hybrid work with Parramatta office access.

You will work across low-code and pro-code solutions, translating business needs into scalable digital applications while maintaining security and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience developing digital applications using Microsoft Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies.
• Comfortable with both low-code and pro-code approaches.
• Knowledge of secure development, accessibility and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and deploy enterprise-grade digital applications using Power Platform and related services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Apply software engineering practices including source control, deployment, testing and documentation.
• Develop integrations between applications and data sources using APIs and connectors.
• Troubleshoot issues and continually improve performance and security.
