Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing.
• Strong understanding of modern ICT delivery practices including DevOps, Agile and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions aligned to strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and engineers to shape, prioritise and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Drive migration, implementation and transformation initiatives across enterprise platforms.
• Strengthen system security, performance and reliability through best-practice development and testing.
• Champion emerging technologies and share knowledge to build team capability and innovation.
