Job summary

HammondCare seeks a Power Platform Specialist / AI Engineer to design, develop and support automation and AI-enabled capabilities. The hybrid role will advance enterprise automation using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Dataverse and Azure, reporting to the Automation Lead.

In the first year, you will deliver automation solutions, integrate systems and optimise processes to increase productivity and service quality across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Advanced Power Platform expertise with independent delivery of complex enterprise solutions.
• Proven API integrations using Microsoft Graph, Azure services and connectors.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled automation, Copilots and intelligent document processing.
• Deep understanding of automation architecture and business process optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver automation, workflow and AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead platform delivery using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Dataverse and Azure.
• Integrate systems, data and business processes for scalable automation.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from design through deployment and improvement.
