Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a data‑driven analyst to join a team delivering consolidated project performance reporting across the project portfolio.

You will interpret complex data, extract insights from multiple sources and develop portfolio reporting to inform decision‑making, with a focus on cost, time, risk, change, safety, community and environment. Two full‑time roles are available: one permanent and one temporary until 30 June 2028, both with hybrid work options.

• Your demonstrated experience in analysis and reporting, and ability to interpret complex and evolving data sets
• Analytical and detail-focused professional, skilled at extracting, modelling and analysing data to identify trends and issues

There are 2 vacancies, one is a permanent full time and the other is temporary full time until 30 Jun 2028 with hybrid ways of working.

About you

Your demonstrated experience in analysis and reporting, and ability to interpret complex and evolving data sets formed across project and program environments will see you navigate disparate systems, manage competing priorities and deliver accurate, timely and comparable performance analysis to lead to informed decision‑making and improved portfolio reporting outcomes.

You’re recognized as an analytical and detail‑focused professional, skilled at extracting, modelling and analysing data to identify trends and issues, experienced in portfolio‑level reporting, performance analysis and supporting continuous improvement in reporting practices.
