Hitachi Rail is seeking a Senior Signalling System Engineer to join our Perth team. You will work across the full system life cycle, ensuring requirements, interfaces, and system integration tests are delivered on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or IT and 3–5 years in transportation systems engineering, with strong collaboration and innovative mindset. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Perth, Western Australia.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and manage system and functional requirements across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate interfaces among subsystems and external interfaces according to the project scope.
• Deliver System Engineering documents and perform verification activities (V&V).
• Support design standards improvements and technical solutions.
