• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to handle enquiries across multiple channels (phone, face‑to‑face, email, portals, social media).
• Diagnose issues and implement solutions with a customer‑first approach.

Responsibilities

• Take first contact for Caledonia customers and respond via multiple channels.
• Diagnose requests and implement solutions based responses.
• Support a range of internal departments and customers within a hybrid Perth office.
