Job summary

Miele Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Payroll & Systems Coordinator to deliver accurate payroll processing and HR data management across Australia and New Zealand. You will work with Workday and HR administration to support our people and leaders while ensuring data integrity and system reliability.

This role blends payroll expertise with systems knowledge and continuous improvement to enhance the employee experience in a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll, HR data and systems across a payroll function.
• Strong attention to accuracy and data integrity.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot payroll or systems issues.
• Good customer service and communication with employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll and related HR processes across Australia and NZ.
• Maintain accurate payroll and HRIS data in Workday and provide first-level support.
• Respond to employee and manager enquiries on payroll, leave, contracts and HR systems.
• Process employment contracts, variations and onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Support payroll compliance, reporting, audits and deductions.
• Analyze People data and produce reporting for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll, HR systems and processes.
