Atlas Partners is seeking a mid-senior Payroll Officer in Australia to manage end-to-end contractor payroll for a high-volume client base. You will handle superannuation, compliance, onboarding and respond to client/contractor queries with a positive customer service mindset.

Exposure to UK payroll is advantageous. The role offers hybrid work (2 days in the office, 3 from home) and opportunities to support the Implementation team during client go-lives, with ongoing process improvements as the

• 3+ years of payroll experience, ideally in outsourced or recruitment payroll environment.
• Solid understanding of contractor payroll, Modern Awards and EBAs.
• Genuine customer service mindset and positive attitude.

• Handle end-to-end contractor payroll for a high-volume client base.
• Ensure superannuation, legislative and statutory compliance obligations are met.
• Onboard contractors and employees; respond to queries on timesheets and payroll.
