Nearheal Pty is looking for a qualified individual to play a key role in identifying and qualifying revenue opportunities within Xero's accounting and bookkeeping partner channel. You will manage both inbound and outbound activities to uncover potential, ensuring well-qualified prospects are efficiently handed over to the sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a phone-based role, business development, lead qualification, or a similar commercial position.
• Strong discovery and qualification capabilities to assess partner needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound activity across new enquiries and dormant leads.
• Ensure high-quality notes and clear qualification details in Salesforce.
• Deliver quality activated accounts to partner sales with strong context.
