Job summary

Careseekers is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney. The role is approximately 20 hours per week across multiple days, with a hybrid work environment.

You will be the first point of contact for users, delivering friendly, accurate guidance to help them use the Careseekers platform. Success hinges on outstanding verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and comfort working across our bespoke platform and other systems

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer support role and a passion for offering a high level of customer support for potential and existing customers.
• Excellent organisation skills.
• Great tech skills - we are an online platform and you will need to work across our custom built platform and other systems.
• A passion for, or interest in, the aged care and/or disability support industry or the desire to do work that is meaningful and purpose driven.
• Ability to speak confidently on the phone to potential users of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound customer enquiries on the phone, email and through online chat.
• Support customers to use the Careseekers platform.
• Provide clear and accurate information about how Careseekers works.
• Contact potential customers and leads.
• Provide administrative support across the business as required, including the marketing and operations teams.
