Support Mates Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking an Operations & Support Coordinator for a 12-month parental leave contract. The role combines frontline disability support with practical operational coordination in a 38-hour-per-week hybrid schedule.

The successful candidate will stay connected to our Mates while coordinating day-to-day operations across families, support workers, onboarding, rostering and service follow-through, ensuring timely actions and strong relationships.

Qualificações

• Has experience in disability support, community services or a similar environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with families and workers.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct disability support with our Mates.
• Building strong relationships with families and support workers.
• Proactive family check-ins and service follow-up.
• Supporting worker–Mate matching and suitability decisions.
• Roster and coverage decisions with local judgement.
• Coordinating onboarding, shadow shifts and service commencement.
• Assisting activities, events and programme coordination.
