Talenza seeks a Network Analyst to join a high-performing tech team responsible for enterprise LAN/WAN services across a large environment. You will support configuration, maintenance and operational delivery while contributing to upgrade projects.

The role targets hands-on network management, incident resolution, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams. Expected start is as soon as possible, with a contract through end of June 2027 and a 50/50 office/home split in Ultimo, NSW.

Formación

• Minimum two years' experience supporting enterprise network environments.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN and IP networking.
• Experience with Cisco routing and switching.
• Knowledge of BGP and EIGRP.
• Experience with Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Understanding of QoS and enterprise network design principles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, support and maintain enterprise LAN and WAN infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Perform network administration, configuration and operational support activities.
• Manage incidents, requests and changes via ServiceNow.
• Participate in maintenance, upgrades and network changes.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues and escalate when needed.
• Hands-on network implementation and deployment activities.
• Support network projects and technology refresh initiatives.
• Develop and maintain network documentation and procedures.
• Provide technical advice to project teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of network solutions.
