Shameless Media Melbourne is seeking a Partnerships Executive to support the Partnerships team in bringing campaigns to life. You’ll handle day-to-day admin, ensure campaigns run smoothly, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in digital, audio, or traditional media planning and some internship or coordinator experience. The role is full-time with a 4 days in office / 1 day from home split in Melbourne.

• Collect and organise data for post-campaign reports.
• Coordinate with talent and editorial for tone alignment.
• Use tools like Boostr, Megaphone, Mailchimp, Canva, Trello, and Meta Analytics to support reporting.
