Qualifications

• At least 7 years’ experience as a legal practitioner in commercial/regulatory law.
• Admission to practice law in the High Court or a State/Territory Supreme Court.
• Strong background in technology contracts, procurement and IP.

Responsibilities

• Advise on contracts, intellectual property, procurement, compliance and insurance matters.
• Lead or support negotiations with suppliers, government bodies, private entities and other parties.
• Provide legal advice and support relating to technology and commercial contracts, MOUs, IP protection, procurement and probity, privacy and data protection, risk management, corporate compliance and insurance.
• Help shape NHVR’s legal strategies and policies.
• Promote legal risk management aligned with NHVR’s governance standards.
