Job summary

Satterley Property Group is seeking an IT Systems Administrator on a 12-month fixed term contract to support our national property operations in Australia. You will be the internal technical champion for our IT infrastructure, ensuring uptime, security, and scalable processes.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in a similar role, strong MS 365, SharePoint Online and Azure AD skills, and experience coordinating with MSPs and cloud services.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ IT systems administration experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Azure AD skills.
• Experience with MSP coordination, security, disaster recovery and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure in alignment with business strategy.
• Manage servers, networking and cloud systems for uptime.
• Maintain business continuity planning and risk mitigation.
• Ensure cybersecurity and data management compliance with policies.
• Coordinate system change needs with internal stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships with MSP and hosting partners.
• Support transformation projects and automation initiatives.
• Establish and enforce IT policies and standards.
