Job summary

Mace Group is delivering a complex, large-scale infrastructure programme in Sydney. The Information Management lead will define strategies aligned with ISO 19650, establish project-level IM governance, and drive delivery across interfaces.

You will work with IM systems (Aconex/ViewPoint/SharePoint) and data tools such as Power BI, ensuring document control and model assurance (Revit/Solibri) across the project. Hybrid working options may be discussed to suit the role.

Qualifications

• Proven information management experience across major projects, aligned with ISO 19650 and CDE standards.
• Strong understanding of document control, information architecture and model assurance (Revit, Solibri).
• Proficient in IM systems and data tools including Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Defines and delivers effective information management strategies, aligned with ISO 19650 and client requirements.
• Establishes and manages project-level IM functions, ensuring consistent standards, governance and delivery.
• Drives capability through training, coaching and continuous improvement across project teams.
• Assures quality and compliance of all project documentation, records and information flows.
• Leads and develops IM teams, fostering collaboration and high performance across project interfaces.
• Supports CDE implementation, bid development, and contributes to digital excellence and net zero ambitions.
