Job summary

Mace combines global delivery consultancy experience to unlock potential in every person or project. We are delivering a complex, large-scale infrastructure programme in Sydney and seek an Information Manager to lead information management strategy and governance across the project.

You’ll define and deliver information management strategies, manage project-level IM functions, and drive training and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and CDE standards.

Qualifications

• Proven information management experience on major projects aligned with ISO 19650.
• Proficient with IM systems (Aconex, ViewPoint, SharePoint) and data tools like Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of document control, information architecture and model assurance (Revit, Solibri).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and international project exposure with data governance awareness.

You’ll need to have:

• Proven information management experience across major projects, aligned with ISO 19650 and CDE standards.

• Strong understanding of document control, information architecture and model assurance (Revit, Solibri).
• Effective communicator with stakeholder engagement, international experience, and awareness of data security and governance.
