Job summary

Dexus is seeking a Transactions Analyst to support acquisition and divestment activities in its Industrial division. You will perform financial modelling, investment analysis and market research across an active deal pipeline, aiding due diligence, approvals and settlement with a collaborative team.

Leveraging your 2–3 years’ experience in property finance or valuations, you will contribute to market insights, model integrity and the preparation of investment papers for committees.

Qualifications

• Two to three years’ relevant experience across property valuations, investment analysis, real estate finance, development, funds management or capital transactions.
• Ability to independently build, update and interrogate investment or valuation models.
• Understanding of key investment metrics and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Undertake financial modelling and preliminary analysis to assess acquisition/divestment opportunities.
• Support end-to-end execution of transactions including due diligence and document management.
• Prepare financial analyses, feasibility assessments and investment committee papers.
• Compile market intelligence on industrial properties and transactions.
• Screen new opportunities and assess alignment with investment mandates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agents to keep transactions progressing.
