Job summary

Dexus is seeking a Senior Manager, Alternative Investments to own the full investment lifecycle for assets within the Alternative Investments portfolio. You will originate, structure and execute acquisitions and divestments while driving strategy, operations and performance to maximise asset value and returns across residential, healthcare and data centres.

You will lead end-to-end transactions, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, transition assets into the portfolio and refine

Qualifications

Experience in transactions, development and/or investment management across multiple sectors is preferred.
Ability to maintain a strong pipeline of investment opportunities through market engagement and relationships.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to present strategies to diverse groups.

Responsibilities

Originating acquisition and divestment opportunities to grow Alternative Investments.
Assessing and structuring transactions across asset classes and risk profiles.
Leading end-to-end transaction execution including due diligence and coordination of stakeholders.
Transitioning acquired assets into the portfolio and guiding asset/development strategies to maximise returns.
Monitoring market trends and opportunities to refine asset strategies.
