Job summary

Veritas Recruitment Parramatta Partnership – Wetherill Park NSW is seeking an Online Customer Service Agent on a temporary basis to join the Customer Experience team. You will handle inbound inquiries across phone and online channels, owning each case from start to finish.

The role supports orders, accounts, product questions, and delivery issues. You will manage around 20 calls and 60 tickets daily, using Zendesk or a similar CRM, with two 10am–6pm shifts, hybrid work, and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, retail or FMCG
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Calm, professional and customer-focused approach
• Confidence managing multiple enquiries and priorities at once
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of customer issues
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience using Zendesk would be highly regarded, although other CRM/ticketing platforms will be considered

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 20 inbound calls and 60 customer service tickets per day
• Take ownership of customer issues from initial inquiry through to resolution
• Liaise with internal teams where required and keep customers informed
• Maintain accurate notes and progress and close cases within the CRM
