Job summary

Beaumont People is seeking a Project Manager to lead the system implementation of a new membership management platform. You will partner with senior stakeholders to align systems, data, and processes, while delivering end-to-end project outcomes on time and within budget.

Based in Sydney, this 12-month fixed-term contract offers hybrid work with a modern CBD office and opportunities for professional development, including study leave and novated leasing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading system implementations, migrations, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of business systems, databases, CRM platforms, and system integrations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and complex project environments.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity and build effective relationships.
• Experience working in a small to medium-sized organisation with a hands-on, adaptable approach.
• Calm, adaptable and able to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of iMIS, coordinating project plans, timelines, resources and stakeholders.
• Partner with leaders to understand business needs and support successful delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops and project updates to maintain momentum.
• Monitor progress, risks and dependencies with clear reporting to senior leadership.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting delivery, especially across systems and data processes.
• Support transition from existing platforms, ensuring business requirements are captured and prioritised.
• Ensure compliance with procurement, contract management and governance requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting and dashboards.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best-practice project delivery across the organisation.
