Job summary

HR Partners is seeking a temporary HR Advisor in Brisbane to support the HR team and the executive team. This role offers a hybrid work model, combining office and home-based work, to balance responsibilities across the employee lifecycle.

You will manage the HR inbox, assist with onboarding, provide HRIS support, participate in HR projects, and lead safety inductions and trainings in a well-established mining business environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the HR inbox and draft formal employee correspondence.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Provide first-line support for HRIS enquiries and general system administration.
• Participate in broader strategic and operational HR projects.
• Conduct incident investigations, lead safety inductions, and deliver HR training.
