Job summary

Partech, Inc. is a leading Point of Sale company seeking a motivated Helpdesk team member to provide Level 1 & 2 support for Windows-based POS applications across PC hardware.

The role operates on a 7-day rotating roster from 8am to 8pm, with additional pay for weekend/after-hours work as per industrial instruments. The successful candidate will have strong Windows knowledge, excellent communication, and prior Helpdesk experience in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of Windows and ability to apply it in a support environment.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills are essential.
• Previous experience in a Helpdesk environment with PC hardware troubleshooting knowledge.
• Work in a team environment focusing on continuous improvement and total customer satisfaction.
• Perform customer service administrative tasks and manage customer part requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 Helpdesk support for POS applications on Windows platforms.
• Work on a 7 day rotating roster between 8am-8pm; weekend/after hours work paid per Industrial Instrument.
