Royal Flying Doctor Service in Melbourne VIC is seeking a Program Officer to support the delivery of health and community programs across RFDS Victoria's Operations Centre. You will provide high-quality administrative, operational and data support to ensure program processes, eligibility requirements and reporting are managed accurately.

Qualifications

• A qualification in health administration, health services or related field is preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure effective delivery of health and community programs.
• Maintain accurate program records, data and documentation across relevant systems.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc reports to support program monitoring, compliance and performance outcomes.
• Coordinate communication and information flow between clinicians, operational teams and program stakeholders.
• Support compliance activities, including audit trails and risk escalation.
• Translate program and funding requirements into clear, practical processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
• Support cross-program collaboration within the Operations team.
