Job summary

UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build, maintain and enhance mobile and web applications that support our digital services. The role sits in the Digital & Technology team and involves delivering secure, scalable solutions across front-end and back-end.

You will work with React Native and ExpressJS, collaborate with stakeholders, support Azure DevOps pipelines and cloud deployments, and help ensure performance and security across platforms including web, Android and iOS.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in modern software environments.
• Experience developing for web, Android and iOS platforms.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js and ExpressJS.
• Experience with APIs, databases and cloud-based technologies.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance mobile and web applications across front-end and back-end.
• Design and build scalable solutions using React Native and ExpressJS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into digital solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability and performance.
• Support API integrations, databases and cloud-hosted apps.
• Contribute to testing, deployment and release activities and CI/CD pipelines.
• Adhere to security, quality and performance standards.
