Toyota Motor Corporation Australia is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the First Contact Resolution Team on a 6-month contract. The role starts onsite in Altona North for the first 3 months, then moves to a hybrid arrangement.

You will handle customer enquiries and complaints, delivering timely, professional support to build trust and loyalty. Ideal candidates have experience in customer service, strong communication skills and the ability to resolve matters at first contact.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, contact centres, retail, hospitality or similar customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate challenging conversations with confidence, professionalism and empathy.

Responsabilités

• Handle enquiries and complaints across phone, email and written correspondence.
• Resolve customer matters at first contact wherever possible with strong problem-solving and judgement.
• Maintain accurate customer records and case information in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with dealerships and internal teams to achieve timely positive outcomes.
