Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia seeks an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator to support a critical enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will manage day-to-day administration, security and governance while partnering with analysts, developers and partners to deliver enhancements.

This role is a 12-month contract with a hybrid work arrangement—three days in the office. You will help drive platform health, incident resolution and continuous improvement for the Bank's ServiceNow environment.

Qualifications

• Experience administering ServiceNow in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of platform administration, security and access management.
• Experience supporting multiple ServiceNow capabilities and modules.
• Hands-on configuring workflows, business rules, forms and UI policies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing incidents to resolution.
• Ability to build relationships across technical teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive mindset and attention to detail.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain platform health, availability, performance and stability.
• Manage users, groups, roles and security controls.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Configure forms, workflows, business rules and UI policies.
• Support upgrades, releases and patch activities.
• Monitor security, governance and operational standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with teams/partners.
• Provide expert advice and user support.
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardise processes.
• Support ongoing evolution and continuous improvement of ServiceNow.
