Job summary

Talent in Brisbane CBD seeks a Dynamics 365 Architect for a large state government project on a brand new program of work. Hybrid work arrangement (2 days WFH) with contract until 26 February 2027 and potential extension to 2028.

The role focuses on leading solution architecture for Dynamics 365 Case Management, driving enterprise-grade patterns, security, data management, and integration with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise-scale solution architecture roles.
Deep expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online.
Experience with case management and enterprise information governance.

Responsibilities

Provide solution architecture leadership for Dynamics 365 Case Management platform.
Lead design and evolution of Dynamics 365 solution architecture across processes, data, security, and integration.
Develop architecture artefacts: conceptual/logical/technical architectures and integration specs.
Own Dynamics 365 and Power Platform architecture ensuring security, scalability, and best practices.
Govern configuration, customization, and extension strategies for Dynamics 365/Power Platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Coordinate with Enterprise/Solution/Data Architects to align Case Management with governance.
