HCF is seeking a Digital Product Designer to join the Digital Enterprise team in Sydney, shaping member experiences on our website and mobile app. The 12-month contract offers hybrid/flexible work and the chance to impact claims, cover understanding, and provider search.

You’ll work in a cross-functional squad, run design critiques, grow your skills, and contribute to a scalable design system while advocating accessibility and WCAG standards.

Formación

• Experience designing digital products across web and mobile.
• Proven ability to run user research and usability testing.
• Strong collaboration and communication within cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Translate member needs and business objectives into simple, intuitive digital experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Collaborate with product, technology, content, brand and business teams to bring ideas to life.
• Conduct and facilitate user research and usability testing, using insights to iterate designs.
• Contribute to and work within our evolving design system.
• Champion accessibility and ensure designs meet WCAG standards.
• Use analytics and research to inform design decisions and measure impact.
• Advocate for human-centered design across your squad and wider teams.
