Job summary

HCF is seeking a Senior Product Designer (Design System) to join our Digital Enterprise team in Sydney. You will shape how design is practiced, lead design systems, and collaborate with product, engineering and designers to scale components and governance across our digital experiences.

You’ll drive user-centered design for complex insurance journeys, ensure WCAG accessibility, and help define libraries, documentation and ways of working.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in UX/UI across web and mobile.
• Advanced Figma and design tooling skills.
• Experience with design systems, libraries or scalable design practices.
• Solid understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of complex digital products and evolve design systems across platforms.
• Define and govern component libraries, documentation and governance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and design to ensure accessible, intuitive experiences.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive alignment and momentum on design initiatives.
