ELEK Software - Electrical Power Systems Design is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns across our portfolio of engineering software products.

This hands-on role focuses on running and improving digital channels day-to-day, collaborating with product, sales, and the broader team to deliver high-quality, market-facing outputs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running digital marketing channels in a B2B software or SaaS environment.
• Own tasks end-to-end, from brief through to published output.
• Understand that different products and customers require different marketing approaches.
• Can work effectively with imperfect information and minimal process.
• Practical, organized, and focused on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital marketing across multiple B2B engineering/AI software products.
• Website and product page updates, publishing, and on-page optimisation.
• SEO, GEO and metadata management, internal linking.
• Paid campaigns across search and social (setup, monitoring, optimisation).
• Email marketing and nurture sequences (build, test, send, report).
• Organic social scheduling and community engagement.
• Reporting on channel and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Maintain consistent messaging across digital touchpoints.
• Support Marketing Manager with sales/customer-facing materials.
• Improve self-serve acquisition and onboarding experiences.
• Collaborate with analytics/product signals to inform iteration.
