Job summary

The Lottery Corporation in Australia is seeking a Digital Analytics Manager on a 12-month contract to lead digital measurement across our website and app. You will translate business needs into robust analytics solutions and ensure trusted data to improve customer outcomes.

You’ll work with personalisation, product, UX and development teams while managing Adobe Analytics, AEP/CDP and Adobe Target, from design through testing to deployment and optimisation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital analytics across website and app environments.
• Experience with analytics platforms, tag management and data systems.
• Ability to translate requirements into measurement solutions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimisation of digital analytics across web and app experiences.
• Collaborate with Personalisation, UX, Product and Tech to design measurement solutions.
• Configure and manage Adobe Analytics, AEP/CDP and Adobe Target for accurate data.
• Own testing, deployment and production support for reliable tracking and reporting.
• Support experimentation and optimisation through A/B testing and insights.
